tuvieron la primera reuni\u00f3n cara a cara en Praga, Chequia. Al principio todas las organizaciones se presentaron. Posteriormente, todo el equipo analiz\u00f3 el formulario de solicitud del proyecto y las pr\u00f3ximas actividades que deben realizarse durante los dos a\u00f1os de ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto. Los coordinadores del proyecto de Asociacija Minties Bit\u0117s hablaron sobre la gesti\u00f3n del proyecto y los socios de Grecia \u2014 Innovation Hive presentaron el plan de difusi\u00f3n. Al final de la reuni\u00f3n, los socios acordaron los pr\u00f3ximos pasos y m\u00e1s tarde tuvieron la cena social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta reuni\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 que los socios comenzaran a trabajar con \u00e9xito para lograr los objetivos previstos. El 17 de enero, los socios se reunieron de nuevo en la plataforma Zoom. Fue la primera vez que los socios vieron el sitio web EMPLOY ME y hablaron sobre los primeros pasos para desarrollar un kit de herramientas para j\u00f3venes migrantes de segunda generaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante mencionar que durante la reuni\u00f3n de Kick off se plane\u00f3 formar el Comit\u00e9 de Gesti\u00f3n del Proyecto y se acord\u00f3 celebrar la primera reuni\u00f3n el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de febrero. Las reuniones de PMC son muy importantes, porque el comit\u00e9 es responsable de dar orientaciones estrat\u00e9gicas, controlar, monitorear y ajustar el proyecto de una manera manejable, asignar los fondos de la comunidad e implementar las actividades junto con los l\u00edderes del WP y los miembros del equipo. Durante esta reuni\u00f3n, los miembros del comit\u00e9 hablaron sobre la gesti\u00f3n general del proyecto y la situaci\u00f3n actual.
