l&#8217;emploi&#8221; est en cours de mise en \u0153uvre dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+ avec six organisations europ\u00e9ennes. Ce projet vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du contenu \u00e9ducatif innovant qui am\u00e9liorera l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des jeunes migrants de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration au ch\u00f4mage sur le march\u00e9 du travail. L&#8217;objectif est de faciliter leur int\u00e9gration dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et l&#8217;\u00e9conomie locales, ce qui profitera non seulement \u00e0 l&#8217;individu mais aussi \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 dans son ensemble.<\/p><p>Les partenaires du projet ont entrepris le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une s\u00e9rie de jeux \u00e9ducatifs qui visent \u00e0 rendre le contenu d&#8217;apprentissage accessible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la ludification. Les jeux sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre non seulement \u00e9ducatifs mais aussi visuellement attrayants et engageants, ce qui augmente la motivation \u00e0 apprendre. Les jeux couvrent un large \u00e9ventail de sujets, de la sensibilisation juridique aux comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour une int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie sur le march\u00e9 du travail. La raison du choix de la ludification est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 impliquer et \u00e0 motiver les utilisateurs \u00e0 apprendre de mani\u00e8re active et amusante, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les jeunes et les personnes issues de groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e des jeux \u00e9ducatifs, un processus de r\u00e9vision par les pairs entre les partenaires est en cours. Cette \u00e9tape permet de recueillir les commentaires de diff\u00e9rents intervenants et de garantir que le contenu r\u00e9sultant est non seulement pr\u00e9cieux, mais aussi visuellement attrayant et convivial. La r\u00e9vision par les pairs permet d&#8217;identifier d&#8217;\u00e9ventuelles lacunes dans le contenu ou le jeu lui-m\u00eame, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les produits finaux soient aussi efficaces et engageants que possible pour le public cible.<\/p><p>Le projet entre maintenant dans la phase de traduction du contenu des jeux dans les diff\u00e9rentes langues, ce qui augmentera sa disponibilit\u00e9 et son accessibilit\u00e9 pour les jeunes migrants dans les diff\u00e9rents pays europ\u00e9ens. Cette \u00e9tape est cruciale pour atteindre l&#8217;impact le plus large possible du projet. Des tests pilotes des jeux sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus dans un proche avenir pour recueillir d&#8217;autres commentaires directement aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs et adapter les jeux pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins et aux attentes des jeunes migrants de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.
