class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ya que los pa\u00edses europeos est\u00e1n abriendo sus puertas a personas de todo el mundo, el mercado laboral est\u00e1 cambiando y adapt\u00e1ndose a las necesidades de aquellos que han decidido buscar mejores oportunidades de trabajo y criar a sus hijos en el extranjero. Esta es una de las razones por las que nace el proyecto EmployMe.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El proyecto EMPLOY ME tiene como objetivo mejorar las habilidades de empleabilidad de j\u00f3venes migrantes de segunda generaci\u00f3n mediante el desarrollo de contenido educativo innovador. Las investigaciones muestran que este grupo tiende a ser excluido del mercado laboral y buscamos abordar esta necesidad de integraci\u00f3n y, en \u00faltima instancia, fortalecer la comunidad. El proyecto est\u00e1 dirigido a dos grupos diferentes para lograr un mayor impacto: los propios j\u00f3venes migrantes y los trabajadores juveniles locales, profesores y expertos en el campo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Como parte de la fase piloto de la plataforma EmployMe, todas las organizaciones asociadas del consorcio multinacional organizaron eventos separados de prueba para evaluar la plataforma EmployMe y su conjunto de herramientas de empleo. La primera parte de las pruebas involucr\u00f3 a expertos locales y trabajadores juveniles que trabajan con el grupo objetivo del proyecto. La segunda parte de las pruebas se centr\u00f3 en los propios inmigrantes, ya que el proyecto est\u00e1 inspirado en las necesidades y desaf\u00edos espec\u00edficos que enfrentan en sus nuevos pa\u00edses de residencia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Seguimiento con los expertos y su feedback<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En las pruebas con expertos, participaron expertos de todos los pa\u00edses asociados (Lituania, Grecia, B\u00e9lgica, Chipre, Espa\u00f1a, Bulgaria y la Rep\u00fablica Checa). En total, el Toolkit de Empleabilidad fue evaluado por 28 profesionales. La mayor\u00eda de ellos trabajan en organizaciones que ayudan con la integraci\u00f3n de residentes de terceros pa\u00edses en los pa\u00edses asociados. Algunos son trabajadores juveniles y educadores, mientras que otros son especialistas en recursos humanos que contratan activamente inmigrantes (espec\u00edficamente en el \u00e1mbito de la inform\u00e1tica). Todos tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender m\u00e1s sobre el proyecto EmployMe y de probar personalmente la plataforma, los recursos te\u00f3ricos y las actividades pr\u00e1cticas. Despu\u00e9s de eso, nos dieron sus valiosas retroalimentaciones.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Esto es lo que aprendimos de ellos:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>En general, los gobiernos de los pa\u00edses de la UE mencionados anteriormente dan la bienvenida a las personas del extranjero, pero podr\u00edan establecer un sistema m\u00e1s &#8220;amigable&#8221; para los reci\u00e9n llegados, donde tengan acceso a recursos educativos y oportunidades de empleo.<\/li><li>Tambi\u00e9n sugirieron que, en muchos casos, las personas no conocen sus derechos y a menudo necesitan apoyo psicol\u00f3gico y de salud. Esta es otra \u00e1rea en la que los gobiernos de la UE deber\u00edan intervenir para facilitar el proceso de integraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Se deber\u00edan ofrecer lecciones en el idioma nativo a todos los miembros de las familias inmigrantes. No solo a los padres, sino tambi\u00e9n a sus hijos. Para los adultos, esto significa mejores oportunidades de empleo, y para los j\u00f3venes, significa una mejor educaci\u00f3n y una mejora en la socializaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Seguimiento con los inmigrantes y su feedback <\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a1La segunda etapa del piloto tambi\u00e9n fue exitosa! En total, 123 inmigrantes que viven en Lituania, Grecia, B\u00e9lgica, Chipre, Espa\u00f1a, Bulgaria y la Rep\u00fablica Checa se reunieron para las pruebas. Fueron invitados a explorar el Toolkit de Empleabilidad y dar sus opiniones. Todos estaban bastante emocionados al ver que sus necesidades estaban siendo exploradas y satisfechas incluso a peque\u00f1a escala. Estaban entusiasmados por explorar todos los m\u00f3dulos que presentaban temas como &#8220;Trabajo en equipo&#8221;, &#8220;Habilidades de negociaci\u00f3n&#8221;, &#8220;Liderazgo&#8221;, &#8220;Conocimientos empresariales&#8221;, &#8220;Motivaci\u00f3n&#8221; y otros. Pudieron probar qu\u00e9 competencias personales podr\u00edan mejorar. Cada m\u00f3dulo comienza con una breve introducci\u00f3n y termina con un ejercicio pr\u00e1ctico. Las actividades pr\u00e1cticas captaron la atenci\u00f3n de todos, ya que son formas divertidas e informativas de explorar y desarrollar las habilidades de empleabilidad mencionadas anteriormente que todo empleado necesita para su desarrollo personal y profesional.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Algunos conocimientos importantes que compartieron con nosotros:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Estaban contentos de que la plataforma pudiera utilizarse no solo en ingl\u00e9s, sino tambi\u00e9n en los idiomas respectivos de los pa\u00edses donde actualmente residen (Lituania, Grecia, B\u00e9lgica, Chipre, Espa\u00f1a, Bulgaria, Rep\u00fablica Checa), ya que esto les brinda la oportunidad de trabajar en el desarrollo de sus habilidades de empleabilidad y practicar sus idiomas extranjeros.<\/li><li>Estaban felices de que alguien estuviera intentando entender sus necesidades y crear un portal en l\u00ednea para ayudarles a aprender y crecer.<\/li><li>Compartieron que les encantar\u00eda que se les proporcionaran m\u00e1s recursos pr\u00e1cticos y pr\u00e1cticos donde pudieran consolidar sus conocimientos.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a1La Academia Virtual de Empleabilidad estar\u00e1 disponible pronto!<\/strong><\/p><p>La buena noticia es que ya estamos preparados para sus necesidades y actualmente estamos preparando nuestra Academia Virtual de Empleabilidad, que ofrecer\u00e1 m\u00e1s actividades y herramientas interactivas para ayudar a los inmigrantes a desarrollar las habilidades de empleabilidad que necesitan para obtener mejores oportunidades laborales y de carrera.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a1El proyecto EmployMe sigue mejorando!
