Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm interaktivn\u00edch modul\u016f a\u00a0her, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed Virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed akademie, mohou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci prohloubit sv\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch k\u00a0prosperit\u011b na dne\u0161n\u00edm rychle se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edm trhu pr\u00e1ce.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed propasti mezi dovednostmi, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed a\u00a0dovednostmi dostupn\u00fdmi na trhu pr\u00e1ce, je v\u00a0podstat\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro \u00fasp\u011bch jednotlivce i\u00a0pro r\u016fst podniku.
