migrants a \u00e9t\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me important au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Malgr\u00e9 leur niveau d&#8217;\u00e9ducation \u00e9lev\u00e9 par rapport aux r\u00e9sidents natifs, ils pr\u00e9sentent des taux de ch\u00f4mage \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les obstacles auxquels les immigr\u00e9s sont confront\u00e9s sont principalement li\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de langue et de communication, au manque de reconnaissance des qualifications et de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience acquises \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger et aux discriminations sociales et religieuses.<\/p><p>L&#8217;UE prend l&#8217;initiative d&#8217;aplanir cette situation en essayant d&#8217;inclure les jeunes migrants de la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&#8217;accueil et, plus particuli\u00e8rement, dans l&#8217;emploi, qui est la cl\u00e9 pour maximiser les opportunit\u00e9s que la migration l\u00e9gale cr\u00e9e et tirer le meilleur parti des contributions que la migration peut apporter au d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;UE. EMPLOYME est un projet qui accomplira ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de et promet d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer et de renforcer le dialogue social concernant la discrimination \u00e0 laquelle sont confront\u00e9s les migrants de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et d&#8217;en faire prendre conscience \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les principaux objectifs du projet sont :<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Augmenter la qualit\u00e9 des programmes de travail des jeunes qui sont offerts afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer et de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences
