WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO SO FAR

3.1.2023

On December 1st, EMPLOY ME partners had the first face to face meeting in Prague, Czechia. In the beginning all the organizations presented themselves. Afterwards, all the team analysed the project application form and upcoming activities which must be done during the two years period of project implementation. The project coordinators from Asociacija MINTIES BITĖS talked about the project management and partners from Greece – Innovation Hive presented the Dissemination plan. In the end of the meeting, partners agreed about the next steps and later had the social dinner.

This meeting made it possible that partners successfully started working in order to achieve the intended goals. On January 17th, partners met again on the Zoom platform. It was the first time when the partners saw the EMPLOY ME website and talked about the first steps towards developing a Toolkit for Young 2nd generation migrants.

It is important to mention, that during the Kick off meeting it was planned to form the Project Management Committee and it was agreed to have the first meeting on 10th of February. PMC meetings are very important, because committee is responsible for giving strategic orientations, controlling, monitoring and adjusting the project in a manageable way, allocating the community funds and implementing the activities together with the WP leaders and team members. During this meeting committee members talked about the overall project management and current situation. They also discussed about the Green Manual because the EMPLOY ME partners are responsible and want to protect our planet.
