This module focuses on the fundamental to work life (and life in general) topic of communication. It will first provide an overview of the different ways we communicate at the workplace, including verbal, non-verbal communication, visual and written, followed by possible barriers such as language or cultural differences, and finally focusing on vital to effective and efficient communication skills such as empathy, emotional intelligence and active listening, which can be used to overcome those barriers.
